Terms of Service

• KHQRPay is software. We are not a bank, payment institution, payment service provider or money transmitter.
• We never take custody of your funds. Customer payments settle directly from the payer’s bank or wallet to the bank account behind the payment link you connect. We cannot move, hold, freeze, reverse or refund money.
• KHQRPay works by using a payment link you already have with your bank. Your relationship with your bank, including its terms, limits and fees, is between you and the bank. Your bank may change or stop that service at any time, and if it does, KHQRPay may stop working for you.

• Hold every licence, permit and registration your business needs, and follow the laws of Cambodia and anywhere you sell.
• Only connect payment links and bank accounts that you own or are authorised to use.
• Handle refunds, disputes, receipts, taxes and customer support for your sales.
• Keep your API keys and webhook secrets confidential, and rotate them if they leak.
• Confirm payments with webhooks or the API before fulfilling orders, not only from browser redirects.

You may not use KHQRPay for illegal goods or services, gambling without a licence, fraud, money laundering, unlicensed financial services (including unregistered money transfer or lending), or to impersonate another business. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans are prepaid for 30-day periods and count paid transactions only. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you exceed your plan, new payments are refused until you upgrade or the period renews. Payments already in progress always finish.

We work hard to keep KHQRPay available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Payment status depends on your bank’s systems, and we are not responsible for failures, delays or duplicates that originate there.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When we do, in-progress payments are allowed to finish so your customers’ money is not left in limbo.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the plan fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your sales or your breach of these terms.

We will give notice before material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Cambodian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
